Lower back pain

I have type 1 diabetes since 2005. I am doing regular excercise in gym and also walking. Form last six months, I am suffering lower back pain in early morning befor going to toilet. I don't know whether it is because of excercise or because of high blood sugar. Any one can explain the reason behind it.
