I need to change breakfast from my low carb porridge as the weather is too hot for it! So thinking about yoghurt. Does anyone know what the lowest carb plain, natural or greek yoghurt is?

I use Yeo Valley natural yogurt which is 6.5% carb, tastes great and is easily available

Diagnosed Type II 1998 1 x 80 mg Gliclazide, 4 x 500mg Metformin and 1 x 100mg Sitagliptin - HbA1c - 48 mmol/mol

Total Greek Yoghurt (2%) is 3.8 carbs per hundred grams. It' good. I seem to remember that there is an even lower version of Greek yoghurt from Aldi but I don't have one near me so I stick to the Total.

Lidl have Eridanous Greek Style Creamy Yogurt 3.2 g/100g
£1.55 /kg.

Onken Natural Set Yogurt is 3.8g of carbs per 100g, it's by far the tastiest yogurt around IMHO, costs around £1.20p for a 500g pot but sometimes it's on offer for a £1 at the likes of Tesco & Asda.

I like fage full fat greek yogurt for brekkie

Awesome, cheers guys. I'll get some tomorrow!

makes great yogurt ice cream as well,

I said Total 2% - but you don't want that - that's the low fat version...

You want the normal Total full fat one!
