Just eating it now and, no, there isn't enough to bother with freezing portions...it'll be lunch tomorrow instead! :lol: :lol: :lol:
I did something wrong....possibly at the leek in butter stage - ours is not very creamy despite Philidelphia and cream - and it was a little tasteless (frozen leeks - never again) but MH put some frankfurter sausage and a little grated cheese on top and has transformed it.
