Most of the supermarkets sell packs of four cooked chichen thighs with a long date and would make for a very filling lunch to just grab from the fridge in the morning. Batch of hardboiled eggs, cheese chunks. Make a plastic box of green salad easy on the toms to accompany if you like. Bottle of mayo. Cold meat of any sort is really filling. Get yourself a small cool bag with ice blocks and you’re good to go.
