Frittatas made in muffin tins made with grated courgette instead of potatoes. Garlic.onion. tomatoes. Chorizo. Any of the usual suspects or prawns if you are feeling fishy. Just cook off ingredients before adding to beaten egg they travel well too.

Cold cooked chicken thighs or sausages
Cheese
Hard boiled eggs
Nuts
Wraps, where the wrap is a very thin 1 egg omelette gone cold (tastier than it sounds!)
