Are you on any medication for your diabetes? If so, what medication?
Some diabetes medications like gliclazide and insulin can cause low bluud glucose, if you're on such medications you'll need to be very careful when lowering carbs.
Otherwise, I just eat less of the carby stuff and more of the rest.
Do you regularly test your blood sugars @Lynlizay ? Testing helps to know how many carbs your body can tolerate before your blood sugars go high and stay high for longer than expected.
