Sausage Cream Cheese Pinwheels (Low Carb, Gluten Free, THM) from mytableofthree.

I used Aldi Cumberland sausage with the skin removed before cooking. They need quite a bit of space between them for cooking. They are really good even with my poor cooking skills, if I can make them anybody can.

They certainly do. Ran the recipe past my chef... hubby. He said they sound good to go... Will give them a try this week
