There is quite a list of other vaccinations, and advice on which anti malarial.
There is a lot of information on the internet from users of the different drugs suggested.
I'd include Cholera as just a maybe.

Depending on where you are, and if you have the option for medivac or not, Meningococcal Meningitis and Rabies and Hepatitis B.

I can only give you my experience... When I went to India. I took malaria tabs.. A whole course of em. Made my gums bleed mouth ulcers alsorts... (It said so on the effects acompanying blurb.) This was just over 15 years back..
Funny enough. I wasn't bothered with mosquitos. (Unlike my partner.)
Sooo we both got "Delli belly" bad.. I was dealing with the D & supporting my now wife in the same "boat."
Yep, I was catching my future wife's puke in a bucket....

A doctor when she came said "why you take these malaria tablets with bad side effects when we can cure?"
I stopped the tabs, the doc sorted our gastric problems in two days & we travelled on with no other issues...
This doctor was actually good!

Purely & personally anecdotal.... I also took the shots @douglas99 highlighted with no further issue..

Lol, but the malaria tabs....?!! The choice is yours!

There is a Scottish NHS related site that offers specific recommendations for where ever you are going. All anti malaria tablets aren't the same. What is effective in the Caribbean may not be so in SE Asia. There are ones out there that the dosage is over a period of time (not daily) but can give physiological problems, and on a lighter side there is a well known one known as the dream maker - giving you crazy dreams but that's harmless. So as I say make sure you get the correct one for the area you are travelling to. Use a high DEET anti mosi application from dusk on wards with long sleeves and trousers. HTH
