Hi.
I've been taking vitamin D for sometime and today when I saw this video I quickly checked the label on the bottle and found out it contained maltodextrin which has the highest GI on the list. Can anybody tell how much this additive is in the supplement? Did it spike you? Summer is coming and planning to stop taking it although my doc prescribed it.

Based on size alone there can't be much in there more than a few grams. Even then it would only be a fraction of the whole tablet that is made from it.

It may be in your D2, which I was prescribed but the pharmacist suggested I get D3 in softgel form and take it daily.

More bioavailable and no maltodextrin
Thanks. This helps.

I take source naturals D3 drops.
Other ingred are deionized water, veg glycerine, citric acid, natural orange flavor and lemon essential oil

The thing I like about it is each drop is 400mg D 3. So I can adjust my doses as a want. It is sold on Amazon.

Berstein advices to check ingredient lists and avoid maltodextrin. You would imagine quantities in supplements would be small but you can't be sure I suppose.
