Mama Lupes low carb Tortilla

Hi all I got a packet of the tortilla from a low carb website but am a little confused.

The packet says there are 7g per wrap but that you only count 3g as 4g is fibre.

When I put it into my fitness pal is is also showing up as 7g. Do I count 7g or 3g?

They are 3g of carbs - They are American labelled so the fibre isn't taken off - if I remember rightly it says on the front that there is 3g of soluble carbs - make your own entry on MFP - as MFP Is filled in by the people who use it (e.g. You and me) you can't always trust what it says

thank you so much @lovinglife, that makes more sense as it says to ignore 4g, that's great and will do for an occasional bread fix!
