You love it or you hate it.....here we are having a sudden plague of mosquitos, and as I am taking blood thinners, the result of bites are pretty unpleasant. Eating or drinking Marmite is something I learned long ago discourages them (even works on most Scottish midges). I take threequarters of a teaspoon a day, as a drink, with a bit of butter or olive oil added. I have discovered quite by chance that this kills hunger pangs as a bonus. I realise it isn't keto-friendly, but I'd appreciate opinions on just how unfriendly it is, as I'm finding it tricky to untangle the ingredients list. I am doing intermittent fasting, and possibly it would help me to reduce overall food intake, as I am almost down to my desired weight, and weight loss has stalled for quite a few weeks now. What are your thoughts, please?
