Excuse the spelling. If you're not sure what it is it's got cheese peas and paneer. I know its got some carbs but worried how many though. I ate tonight a whole container of tandoori mixed grill and then 3/4 of a mattar paneer. I seem to be having Indian once a week because I just get in the mood for it. I probably had loads of calories but I will try and make up for it the rest of the week. Is mattar paneer high carb do you think?

Google is your friend half a cup of Matar Paneer classed as one portion 114 gramms has 140 Calories and 9g total carbs inc 2g Fiber.
Tasty indeed.. Take care dude..

The paneer is a type of cheese so low carb. Peas will contain carbs. But the other thing to consider is the sauce. This will vary according to the recipe your take away uses.
If you have a meter, the best thing to do is trst your blood sugars to see what affect it is having on you as we are all different.

I find Matar Paneer fine. If the peas are too much carbs for you then you could try Saag Paneer (spinach and paneer) which is a bit lower in carbs.
It will depend on the sauce as well, but I have tested after both and it has been fine for me
