Most oils and fats are beneficial on a low carb higher fat diet, and coconut oil can be useful as a fast source of energy. But I certainly don't bother with any of the specific (and generally exhorbitantly priced) mct oils that are around.
I use coconut oil for roasting my veg and frying chips (Swede and celeriac) ,I don't think that I will be buying the advertised MCG oil. I checked what my tablet had written luckily or I would have been trying children instead of frying chips !!
