Hi all please forgive if this looks like a ten year old has posted no spell check (34yrs)

were do i start feel pretty bad most of the time heads going round in circles 1 was told i was type2 reffered to hospital took 4 weeks then told i was type1 , i was told i would be insulin dependand only a matter of time (when) i as then told to make an apointament with a dietitian 3 weeks later still waiting nobody seems to want to tell me anything. feel like fighting with everyone is this right

last aic 8.2 is this high
 
Hi Aaron and welcome to the forum If you follow this information you should find your HbA1c has come down by your next test. This is the advice we give to new members which should be helpful to you. The information in here may not be the same as the dietitian gives you but we think it is the best way to look after yourself, by cutting down on the carbohydrates. Ask as many questions as you need to and someone will help you.

 
think i looked at that one and others before i posted last night i have read so much in the past two month that just feel abit lost. i have changed my diet striaght away stopped chocolate beer white bread cakes never realy drank pop changed my pasta to whole meal is it not sure. everything i like eating before.

i also used to moutian bike for 2-3 hours on my own 1-3 times a week i now dont want to go out on my own went out last week twice for just over an hour and when i got back i check my levels and both times they were 3.6, i didnt stop eating yesturday just couldnt fill my self

how ofton should i eat and snack

i am also self employed and run my own buisness and it takes me a good hour or 2 to feel like doing anything in a morning.i just want to eat chocolate

in a morning my levels are between 8-10 and at night 9-12 ps my fingers ache can you prick your leg of something does it matter
