please don,t worry if i go absent every now and again
thursday morning my brother was found dead by suicide so will be at home and at family for awhile
 
So sorry to hear that @ally1.

We will worry about you and your family and hope that you can get through this difficult time together.
Please use the forum if you are feeling down, need some advice and to let us know how you are getting on.

Such sad news, shock cushions you for a while but you have lots of friends on here for support when you need it take care
 
Such awful news Ally, my sympathies to you and your family.
 
So sorry for your loss Allie losing someone close is awful, to suicide is so much more difficult, expect a raft of emotions from sadness to anger and everything in between, it's ok to feel all of these. Try to take care of yourself best you can xxx

Terrible news Ally. I can't imagine.

Take things steady, but try to keep on the straight and narrow a bit, as you'll need all your reserves to cope with this, never mind sky rocket bloods - although I completely appreciate that may be easier said than done.

If ever you need to you can offload on here. There's always a virtual pair of ears to listen.
