Hi everyone,
I wonder if anyone knows how to convert blood sugar readings from the US standard which is measured in mg/dll (miligrams per deciliter of blood) to the standard used in the UK and in Europe. Here in Israel we have always used the US standard, so the normal range for blood sugar is between 90 - 110mg/dll. Does anyone know how to convert from one to the other? I'm originally from the UK - Sunderland to be precise - but I wasn't diabetic back then so had no direct interest in the subject. It would be helpful for me if I knew when posting or reading stuff on this forum or when talking about this to people based in the UK.
Many thanks,
