Hi, wondering if anyone can help, I have received a fine for a prescription I had in November, I have been type 1 diabetic for 24 years and have never had one of these certificates just always ticked the same box. I spoke to someone yesterday who was unhelpful so requested a call back which has just happened, very nice man who explained all to me so I kindly asked if I paid for the prescription would they would waive the fine as I was not aware for the past 24 years I had to have a certificate......the answer was "No". I have seen on other forums people have had the fine wavered. Should I see this through and fight it or just admit defeat and pay? HELP!!
