Medical Travel to USA ?

My sister is a type1 diabetes,and i want her to deserve the best treatment.
We live in asia,i know that my sister can get best treatment in US.
I'm thinking of visiting john hopkins,althought i know that it's expensive. Can anyone here give me the suggestion about which doctor should i visit ?

I am not a type 1 and not in a position to visit a US doctor, but if I could it would be Richard Bernstein.
He's probably the most famous diabetes doctor in the world. I believe he's in Mamaronek in New York state.
