Medication Apps

Am interested to know if anyone else is using Apps to remind them to take their medication. I have tried a few including Pillboxie but can't find one that will 'sync' across my iPhone and iPad.

Most of the time I enter details on my iPad but need to update sometimes on my iPhone when I am away from home. Continually having to update two devices individually is driving me crazy.
