Its hard to make suggestions unless you give some sense of your current strategy ? diet, exercise?

Hi folks, I think I have just discovered a slight improvement. in my schedule of medications.. I take 13 drugs or so over the day mostly every hour with a gap in the aft. Regarding the diabetic drugs, I take 3x40mg glyclazide and 3x500 metformin. I decided to take my 2nd metformin to take in the afternoon instead two in the morning, and keep taking the last at night. As for the glyclazide I am sticking to 2- 40s in the a.m. and 40mg before supper. I found the change in the metformin time in the afternoon to be of an advantage as I do not hit a blood sugar crisis.

I left off taking statins a while ago after having been taking them for many years, last week I had full bloods taken for my diabetic review should have the results this week I am very curious about what my Cholesterol levels will be sans statins hope I'm not in for an argument with my doctor as to whether I should be worried if they have shot up.

But as I was diagnosed with so called hyperlipidaemia when in my twenties and am now in my sixties some of the intervening time taking statins sometimes not I am not too concerned.
