I went to a diet consultant a couple of years ago. I had a diet plan for a week and stuck to it (almost). I lost 3 stone, BS was controlled and I felt well. However, I fell off the wagon and have had this compulsion to eat anything sweet I can get my hands on. I know I'm on the road to ruin unless I alter my ways. I'm going to do a weekly low carb plan again and loose the 1.5 stones I put on , and the rest! I would advocate taking the time to plan for the week and only buying what you need, (my problem was the Magnums in the freezer).
There are a couple of questions I hope members will help me with, can I drink weak orange squash, can I still have gravy thickener on Sunday, if I only have a small amount and, Can I eat full fat FRUIT yogurts ( hate plain).
Really hope I can stick to it this time, oh and good luck with the planning. :thumbup:
