Hi all.
Something very odd happened to me this week..........

I was rushing about a few days ago and realised I hadn't eaten anyting fo quite afew hours (I'm very low-carb at the mo). My daughter was with me. I thought I was fine but I was acting a bit 'funny' so stood over me whilst I ate a pasty. It was delish and the most carbs I've eaten in one sitting for months and I realised I was hypo when I came out of it.

The next day, all the metfartin' symptoms came back with a vengence and much worse than they've ever been. I even had to cancel a salsa class because I didn't think I could have clenched my buttocks and danced the mambo at the same time! It went on for 24 hours. Now, it could have been a dodgy pasty or it could be the metfartin' and my body trying to cope with an unfamiliar amount of carbs, but I wasn't ill so I think it's the drugs.

Does anyone else have this experience? Have you noticed anything similar?

no idea sorry but thanks for making me smile at the thought of rumba-ing whilst rumbling ... xxx

I did contemplate trying to shimmy but the internal reverberations that were taking place would have cleared the building if my pelvic floor had let me down.

My mates thought it was hilarious too. Happy to make someone smile is what I say.

I don't know what you can blame it on either, but I agree that the mambo would be rather challenging. I'm glad you can laugh about it.

I'm putting down to one-of-those-things and thanks for the input guys.

The girls are still howling about it though.
