Metformin SR question

Hi I’ve been on Metformin SR two [emoji6

]] g per day . I have been on them no problems at all other than slight constipation for
[emoji6
] months . In the past week I have developed lower gut pain and wondered if my body was finally reacting to it ? Has anyone else had this problem . Thank you

I had so many reactions to my Metformin (both slow and normal release) I asked to go on insulin instead
Diarrhea, sickness and the rest I found it very bad and would not reccomend it
