The pharmacist gave me the wrong dose of Metformin. I didn't notice this until a week later. I thought the tablets were a bit big! I must have taken them for about half the week, I should have taken 2 Metformin 500mg slow release tablets at evening meal, but I took 2 1000mg! Would that be how I became tired, not hungry, and had an attack of diarrhoea? I went back to the pharmacist and they apologised and changed them. Should I report this to the surgery or anywhere else?

It was a mistake made by the pharmacist and the pharmacist apologised and changed them. Not really sure what else can be done.
