Something I find quite successful.

One oatcake

Spread with creamed goat cheese

Stud with blueberries

You can control the carb content one berry at a time

I'm sure you could do this with curd cheese.I happen to love soft goat's cheese though. Curd cheese has a similartexture.
It's a good idea. I think I'll try it

Because it was there.

Mother wanted some cottage cheese and I was idly looking along the shelf in the Co-Op and spotted this stuff. It's surprisingly bland on its own but comes into action nicely in the right combination.
