Hi, I was on Mixtard 30 for 8 years with no side effects, I was put on Humulin M3 just before Xmas with disastrous effects. I lost most of the skin from my face. I have now been put on a basal bolus regime using Apidra and Lantus. Whilst I have not reacted to the Lantus everytime I take an injection of Apidra my forehead either gets very warm or I get intermittent irritation all over my body. Is there anybody who can advise because my team seem to be running out of ideas. PS I was on NovoRapid and Insulatard before Mixtard30 and reacted to those.
