Mmmmm!

Just finished supper. Chicken breast in a chopped tomato and basil sauce with a baked potato smothered in butter + a little cheese, buttered rye bread on the side. Washed it all down with a bottle of Territorio Malbec (red wine). Hot strawberry cheesecake lattice awash with single cream for desert. Coffee, cheeses and a couple of crackers followed and I am stuffed!!
Now where's that gallon of insulin gone?
Aiming for an early night (but doubt it) to be fresh for my retinopathy screening at the hospital tomorrow morning.
