Mood swings from sugar

Yes, I'm tired of the mood swings - but they alert me that something is not 100% with my bg readings and I can keep a closer eye on them.

Even though I’m not type 2 I can definitely relate to your issue! When my bs is high god I’m a cranky git , my patience is on the floor, conversely when my bs is low I get anxious about nothing I get short tempered and tend to day dream , so my own conclusion is blood sugar levels both high and low definitely affect my mood, my mate use to say what’s the difference between you with high blood sugar and a terrorist , “you can reason with a terrorist “
