I ate non-nitrate bacon wrapped around non-nitrate beef hot dogs with green beans and a few olives for lunch and I am still hungry. What the heck? Has anyone else experienced this?

Ha! I was trying to point out that it might not be the additives or that it,was actually real meat. Sounded a bit pretentious, no? Sorry.

Now that my body is fully settled into LCHF mode, if it doesn't have a hefty dob of fat in it, it doesn't satisfy. A huge stir fry with chicken breast in a smear of sesame oil feels like a starter, and has me peckish within 2 hours. While a much smaller chicken and veg dish with a gleaming coating of oil, cheese or butter, and I won't think about food for hours... But maybe it is just me.
