Hello,

Looking around I realise there is plenty of good dietary advise on this forum. My real questions from my previous posting were:

- Is it normal to have shooting pains and pain generally in your feet when you are type 2, and will the pain go if sugar levels are properly controlled?, and......

- Is the stiffness normal, and the same question as above?

Both these things are worrying me at the moment, any reassurance gratefully received.

I should add that I also have extremely high Triglyceride and cholesterol counts, so I am not supposed to eat fat or dairy products either.

Thanks
