I got back the urine test results back today…
I posted last week about my blood tests. They did egfr test and it just said normal.

But I’m worried about the urine results.

Urine creatinine level: 6.0 mmol (1.0- 20.0)

Urine albumine/creatinine ratio 40.7 mg/mmol (0.0-3.5)

Urine albumine level 244.30 mg/L (<15.00)

Urine protein level 0.50gl

Urine protein/creatinine ratio 83.3 mg/mmol (<30)

I take it these are really bad?
Does this mean I have kidney disease?
Can I reverse all this and have my kidneys back to normal? The doctor never mentioned any of this when he phoned me today aboit my diabetes medication

Hi @Soph895
I'm fairly certain that if the results indicate anything even half as bad as you are imagining, your Dr would have mentioned it in your phone call, or at least had said you needed further tests.
It could be something simple like dehydration, too much protein in your diet or even some medication or supplements you are taking.
Why don't you phone your surgery, tell them your concerns and ask what your results indicate.
