Hell everyone, my name is Dave I live in a village just outside Swansea, I have 3 kids all grown up with children of there own,I Love Computers,and Reading, I have been a Diabetics since 1998, my mind think I'm a spring Chicken but my body say no way fat-boy,Osteoarthritis don't help much,but what the hell I'm still breathing.......
That's me in a nut shell... nice to meet you all.
 
@Exorcist74 Hi, I'm jo amd I'm newly diagnosed with Type2. I also have a grown up family.
.I'm trying to cope with an eating disorder along with my diabetes but I'll do it. . .hopefully.x

good luck Jo... fight the good fight,no matter what meds your on its all down to you, theres insulin out there called Victoza, my Doc up the Hospital put me on it, but in 8months I lost over 3 1/2 stone,but at first it brought my levels right down to single figures but after 8monthe I had to come of it for medical reasons, you could always ask your GP and see if its suited to you.. good luck again....Dave

Hi and welcome to the forum. I just wanted to mention that Victoza is not insulin. Hope to see you posting in the future.
