most fatty coffee cream?

hello!

I am looking for something really fat to add to my coffee

I tried butter but it's not good, it doesn't dissolve well, it stays on top, it solidifies when cold, etc

is there anything else?

I tried UHT cream but it's not as fat as possible and I'can't find single portion that is full fat

any help?

I use double cream. It's around 50% fat by weight (compared with butter at 80%), but I use quite a lot of it and it makes a lovely cup of coffee.

Ruining a good cup of coffee with butter seems a bizarre idea to me

I put a splash of Double Cream in sometimes, but no more than a dessert spoon.
 
Mct oil and double cream. Can't taste the oil at all

Are there single portions of double cream? Or any other convenient way to take it with me?
Also, I need it not to require special storing conditions (ie. refridgeration) and it should have long shelf life, any recommendation?

You could try Anchor extra thick squirty cream: it's the highest fat of the UHT and aerosol creams that I know, at 44%. It lasts well without refrigeration, and it's easy to dispense as much as you want and save the rest. It's not ideal for coffee, but if you put it into the cup first then add a little coffee, mix it to a paste then add the rest of the coffee it's OK. Or you can just squirt it onto the top and drink the coffee through the cream.

I buy single pots of cream there are normally around 12 to 24 in a tray, most supermarkets sell them.

can you tell me please which you buy, because I can't find in tesco.com
 

I need it not to be extra think, as I want to dissolve it easily, without extra effort or techniques

Also, does it come in a plastic bowl? That is not convenient to have it at work.

Greener, you seem to have everyone on here spoon feeding you to the extreme, with every detail, to the extent you're not even reading your responses.

Kesun confirmed the product she is talking about is an aerosol, so why would that involve any plastic bowl?

I'm sorry if you find this feedback a bit harsh, but I doubt I'm the only one willing Scotty to indeed beam me up!!
 
@greener I manage to get uht cream from caterers. Do you know anyone with a Cosco, Bookers or Macro card? A shop owner or business owner may have access to their stores. They sell boxes of individual uht cream tiny cartons. Brown plastic with a pull lid. 5 or so would fit in a coat pocket if you had to keep handy.
Any good?
 
In the US, you have Heavy Cream.

If it isn't extra thick then the fat content is still lower.

It's an aerosol. It comes in an aerosol can.

Perhaps you could do some research online and in supermarkets to find your ideal product.
