Hi, I bought some Bell's muscle rub to relieve aching muscles and rubbed it on my legs before going to sleep. My partner was woken in the night by me having a hypo and she managed to feed me glucose until I recovered.
Has anyone else had, or know of, adverse effects relating to muscle rubs??

Hi

The Methyl Salicylic interacts with your plasma insulin levels & glucose tolerance, everything we do as a positive or negative effect.

I tend to rub the stuff all over just for the hell of it.
