I am currently having a cup of Cafe Lungo from my Dolce Gusto, (described as a long espresso) the carbs and sugars are both <0.1g and the capsule makes 120ml, I did add a spoonful of Stevia to sweeten it up as it was a little bitter so now tastes ok, not bad. (1g carb for stevia is about 4 or 5 teaspoons, i had 1). Having 2 small chunks of Green and Blacks 85% dark choc with it.
