Hi everyone. My father is 80 he's been diagnosed as type 2 with insulin for a few years now and due to health conditions I have to take on his roll of administering his insulin and keeping check on the meter readings. He has a viva accurate check meter and his insulin type is called novo mix flex pen 30. He's on steroids for his c.o.p.d and his reading is sitting at 20.0 however I don't know what to set his flex pen too.
Can anyone help.me with readings and on how much insulin to give to him so I can keep things under control?
