Think you are making a good start. The joy of this way of eating is that you never need to go hungry..after a very short space of time you start to feel maybe less hungry than before.
I enjoy red wine but just at weekends. I suppose it comes down to if you want to lose weight or not too. I find I can't drink more than a glass these days it seems to affect me more with so few carbs. And yes I agree fat is my friend these days.
