My First Post -Thanks

This is my first post, it won't be the last . I was a diabetic and heart patient, I live in the United States, in Florida. My doctors etc gave me help as in pills and so on. I am a writer and knew there was more than living on pills . My hope came from this site and the info to Reverse Diabetes. I am no longer a Diabtec or a heart patient and take no meds. I owe this in part to this site, Thank You. I went on to publish a book - [mod edit]. 70% of the people in the United States are overweight. What a disgrace, it took this site to help me . You will see me here from now on.
I recieved an e-mail about being depressed, I want to get out to people that there is hope. I need feed back from everyone, the people in the UK saved my life.
Thanks to everyone, I just need to know how to do this in the right way
