( To put the NHS in perspective, where a few are funded , you wouldn't get funding in most other European countries either. According to a recent article here in France, only 4 European countries 'Suède, Pays-Bas, Slovénie et Italie' have funding guidelines .(the diabetes associations here are have been putting a case to get it funded here, but with no success at the moment )

I shouldn't too play the lotto 4 times a week to get what is already out there...once I win the lotto il get the cgm and prove how valuble it is

If you think the lottery is a good way of getting money for any project then it's no surprise you don't understand the intricacies of which drugs and defies the NHS funds. The companies that have developed the CGMs have a strong interest in everyone using them, so all you'd need to do them with the details of your planned clinical trial and I'm sure they'd happily pay for it.
