Since being diagnosed in 2010 by initial HbA1c was 112 mmol/mol. Several years of 80's, 90's and 70's and now 6 years later I am at 56 mmol/mol in May 2016. Nearly there, it's been slow and a long learning process. This site has been a major factor in lowering my HbA1c to near normal. Hopefully my next one is under 45 mmol/mol and that would be a celebration for me.
