My latest blood results, help needed please

Hi, could anyone, especially @bulkbiker help me explain these results where both hdl and ldl have gone up?
Earlier tests included for reference
I've been looking on Google most of the afternoon, and my head hurts!

Trig/HDL is considered now to be the most important ratio with anything under 0.87 being excellent.
Yours is 1/1.9 = 0.526 which is absolutely wondefrul!
