Last December my HbA1c was 49 & my cholesterol was 7.2
My results today: HbA1c is 35!!!
Cholesterol is 3.1

Done it with diet and exercise.

My weight last December was 11 stone 5, now it's 8 stone 9

Thank you so much! I can't explain how excited I am. Besides the clean eating, I went back to my love for running and have ran 8 races this year, including the London Marathon. I have set myself a goal to get to 100 medals before I turn 50, I'm almost half way there. That will certainly keep me on the straight and narrow
