My rye bread is dark not white

They've started to make rye sandwich bread here which is sort of the same ish as brown toast. That does about the same to me as normal toast would.

The rye bread that 'all danes' eat 'all the time' is more like this:

And is dense, rich and I can have a slice of it sometimes.

Lidl sell ready sliced dark wholegrain rye bread and it is dense and not light and risen like white bread.

A couple of slices of it do not affect me much at all.

I get the Rye rolls out of the freezer section from Lidl, they are really nice and go well with a salad.
