my son has found it hard with type 1, my daugter also has type 1 found out this easter and only 12years old, we are carb counting with her and finding it ok, but for my son he was told last year and only insliuns i told him about carb counting and he says he is alright he is 21 and wonts to go out with his mates for a beer and smoking i am finding it hard to help him any tips
