Portion control and spacing of meals, percentage of carbs and fats may be variables to watch. I think a smaller or more largely spaced in time meal may stop the naps. My measurements have not been consistent with respect to the above. My nurse taught me what kind of meals to eat (but 3 with snacks); but i suspect mini-meals through the day may be better. It's a bit of a pain to play chemistry set you understand, but that does not mean i get an accurate picture over repeated tests. If I recall from highschool, repetition is one of the important scientific criteria. Gee, i wonder if they practice that in control trials anymore.
