Need some advice

Good evening all, just a quick question, I'm a type 2 and on humolog 30 units twice a day, my question is I'm really not hungry my bm atm is 12.6 and haven't had my tea time shot, can i take it with out food? Thank u x
 
I think this is really a question for your medical team Sarah.
I don't know the answer, but if I had an idea it could be dangerous for me (or others) to give you that sort of advice.
Not trying to be callous, just sensible.
