Prediabetes Need Tech Help!

Yesterday I entered 37 fasting bg levels on this site from my computer - it was on "profile" or "dashboard" and the heading was, I believe "readings." It was super and I was planning to do this on an ongoing basis, since it graphed my results for me. But today It has disappeared. So I downloaded the ap to my Android phone, but it doesn't recognize my password and when I try to log in from Facebook, it says "email taken." Of course it is! By Me!! What can I do to find the bg tracking function on my computer or enter the app on my phone? Thanks for any help.
 
Maxine, I'll tag @Giverny for you, who should e able to shed some light on this. As she has a "proper job" at DCUK, she may not be around over the weekend, so please do bear with it on this one.

Which app are you referring to, Maxine? Initially, I assumed you were talking about the low carb program but when you mentioned an app you lost me a bit.
