Dislikes

Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.

There is no set LCHF diet, most people design their own using the principles of reducing carbs and increasing fats. You can pick up tips from some of the threads on this forum. @sanguine has some links in their signature.
