Hi all, as I understand it, if you subtract fibre from total carbs you are left with net carbs. I have just bought a packet of crownfield milled linseed cereal topping and according to the nutritional info it contains per 100g 13.3g carbs and 19.4g fibre which gives us -6.1g net carbs, can this be right?
It depends if it's UK or USA based. If it's UK the fibre is listed separately and has already been deducted - the U.S. take the carbs with the fibre then deduct it later.
If it says carbs ? of which fibre ? Then it's US and you need to deduct the fibre.
Looking at your example it's UK and the fibre has already been deducted from the carbs

I think so but don't confuse yourself further, you don't add the fibre back in to get the original carbs. The important bit is the carbs without fibre. As in my previous post all british food labelling has fibre already deducted.
