NEUROPATHY

I have NEUROPATHY and have been told by the Doctor that there is no treatment, no cure and it is progressive.
I have pins & needles in both feet but the worst part is the 'bruised' feeling in the bottom part of my legs which is very painful.
I have been prescribed GABAPENTIN and I apply MOVELAT GEL but no relief really.

Does anybody have similar symptoms and is there any treatment etc?
 
I have heard opinions that if you can keep your blood sugar under control then the nerves grow back at about one eighth of an inch a month. I take that to be wishful thinking or someones way of saying that there isn't a cure.

I haven't heard of anyone who can prove that they had neuropathy and cured it. Maybe I will now.
