Hi everyone. I'm looking for advice from anyone who has neuropathy in their feet, and exercises weekly. I'm Type 1 (30 years!) and have neuropathy, treated with daily Amitriptyline. I'm by no means a gym bunny but I take at least two classes of high intensity gym classes a week and am now beginning to struggle with walking as they go on, as my feet get too sore. I've invested in good quality gel trainers and take painkillers before every class, but am wondering if I should be doing something different? I really don't want to stop exercising, and low impact activities like cycling and swimming take too long to burn the same amount of calories. Do you have any bright ideas?!
